What are your shipping rates and times?

Delivery estimates begin two to three business day after your order has been received. The estimated delivery times may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items purchased.

Delivery dates are estimates; they do not include processing and shipping carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your delivery.

***Delivery for Locals***

There will be a delivery fee of $2.00 after you include your address upon checkout.

Delivery is only available for those who live in the area code of 29420. There will be a delivery time frame to choose from upon checkout. You will receive an email and text when your package has arrived after order is confirmed.

In the unlikely event that I am ever running behind on a delivery, I will notify you ahead of time asap!

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Please reach out to the carrier for information regarding the delivery. When contacting them, please provide the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email so that they may better assist you.

For Deliveries, you will receive a notification with the time your package was delivered and a photo attached of your package being delivered at your home.

Fox Divinity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. When inputting a shipping address, please enter one that is both safe and accurate to ensure your package arrives.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Fox Divinity accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as payment for purchases made on the website.


What is your return policy?

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your Fox Divinity purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, I will gladly accept a return for items bought on foxdivinity.com within 30 days of your purchase.

To return a product purchased at foxdivinity.com, please follow the below steps.

  1. Email me at foxdivinity@gmail.com

  2. Include the order number (found on your order confirmation email) in the subject line

  3. Include a brief description of why you're returning the product

 
Your account will be credited for the original purchase amount (minus any additional shipping charges) once it is determined that your order is eligible for return and when I receive the items you are returning. Fox Divinity is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Fox Divinity is not responsible for incorrect information entered during checkout, including the wrong address, or if a customer changes their mind. Also, please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Do I need a receipt to return my purchase?

No—you just need your order number. You will find it on the order confirmation email you received after purchasing from us.


Is there a time limit on accepting returns?
